Check Monitor Power and Cables:

Try Another Monitor/Cable:
If possible, test your computer with a different monitor to rule out a faulty monitor.
Try using a different video cable to rule out a faulty cable.
Check Graphics Card:
If you have a dedicated graphics card, ensure it's seated correctly in its slot.
Verify that its power cables (if any) are securely connected.
Boot into Safe Mode:
If you can see anything during startup, try booting your computer into Safe Mode.
