1. Disable Auto-Restart on Failure
Press Win + R → type sysdm.cpl → Enter.
Go to Advanced tab → Click Startup and Recovery > Settings.
Uncheck Automatically restart → Click OK.
2. Check for Overheating
Download and run HWMonitor or CoreTemp.
Check CPU/GPU temperatures under load — anything over 85–90°C could cause shutdowns.
Clean fans, reseat thermal paste, and ensure good airflow.
3. Check Event Viewer Logs
Press Win + X → Select Event Viewer.
Go to Windows Logs > System.
Look for Event ID 41 - Kernel-Power or any critical errors around reboot time.
4. Test RAM
Open Start → Search Windows Memory Diagnostic → Restart and scan.
For deeper tests, use MemTest86 on USB boot.
Inspect the Power Supply
5. Try another known-working PSU (especially if reboots happen under heavy load).
If using surge protectors or extension cords, plug directly into wall outlet.
