How to track my ticket

To track and view your ticket you must have an account.


1) Go to email from support@bbitdigital-org.freshdesk.com that you received about your submitted ticket.


2) Click the button that says "View ticket" or click the provided link


3) If it asks for a login, then login into your account or create one.


OR

You can also check your email continuously for an email from support@bbitdigital-org.freshdesk.com to see what replies and updates are happening but not all the full features such as adding comments will available available through this method.
