1) You should ALWAYS BACKUP your data before a repair to ensure all of your data is recoverable in a worse case scenario where it needs to be retrieved.
2) Charge your device if possible to help save time and let us start a diagnosis as soon as possible.
3) Prepare all necessary passwords and pins so if we have to look into a part that may need it we can without having to reach out and wait for a response helping us, help you in a timely manner.
4)Be able to describe the issue clearly and be able to replicate the issue if necessary so we can have a better understanding of what's going on and how to resolve the issue.
