Method 1: Note the stop code and recent changes When the blue screen appears, write down the error code (for example, 0x0000007E). Think back to any hardware or software you installed just before the crash.
Method 2: Update drivers and Windows ,Open Settings, go to Windows Update, and install all pending updates ,Press Windows + X, select Device Manager, then update drivers for Graphics, Storage controllers, and Network adapters
Method 3: Run system diagnostics ,Open Command Prompt as administrator
Step 1: Run sfc /scannow to repair corrupted system files
Step 2: Run chkdsk /f /r on your system drive to fix disk errors • Reboot when prompted
