Method 1: Disconnect external devices. Unplug USB drives, external hard drives, printers, or other peripherals. Sometimes the system tries to boot from one of them instead of your main drive.
Method 2: Check boot order in BIOS. Restart your computer and press the appropriate key (usually Del, Esc, F2, or F12) to enter the BIOS. Make sure your internal hard drive is listed as the first boot device.
Method 3: Run Startup Repair. Turn off the computer, then turn it back on and repeatedly press F8 or hold Shift + F8 (on older systems) to access recovery options. Choose “Startup Repair” to automatically fix issues preventing Windows from loading.
