Step 1: Check your processes in Task Manager. You can access Task Manager by right-clicking on the taskbar.
Step 2: Click processes and click on memory.
Step 3: See what processes are currently running. Are you using them? End any processes that you aren't actively using by right-clicking on them and clicking End Process.
