"My internet isn't working/connecting. How can I fix it?"

1) Check cables: Ensure all cables from your modem and router are securely plugged in. 


2) Restart your modem and router: Unplug both devices from their power source for about 30 seconds, then plug them back in. Wait a few minutes for them to fully restart and re-establish a connection.


3) Forget and Reconnect: On your device, "forget" the Wi-Fi network and then try to reconnect, entering the password again.


4) Check Wi-Fi on other devices: See if other devices can connect to your Wi-Fi. If they can, the issue might be with your specific device. If not, contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
