Method 1: Force-close via Task Manager
Step 1: Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager
Step 2: Under Processes, select the frozen app
Step 3: Click End task
Method 2: Clear cache or temp files
Step 1: Close the app if it’s running
Step 2: Press Windows + R, type %temp% and hit Enter
Step 3: Delete all files in the Temp folder, then restart the app
Method 3: Repair or reinstall the application
Step 1: Open Settings and go to Apps
Step 2: Find the app in the list, click it, then click Repair (if available)
Step 3: If Repair isn’t available or doesn’t help, click Uninstall, reboot, and reinstall from the official source
