How to reset my password

1) Go to the BBIT digital support desk home page at https://bbitdigital-org.freshdesk.com/support/home, or Click Here.

2) Then click "Login" in the top left corner

3) Scroll to bottom of page and click "Forgot your password?"

4) Enter the email address associated or linked with your account into the answer box and click on "Reset My Password

5) Check email for an email from support@bbitdigital-org.freshdesk.com and follow the instructions given in the email.
