Rejoin domain:
1. Remove the PC from the domain, restart, and then rejoin
2. Reset secure channel
3. Use PowerShell on a domain-joined admin account:

Edit
Test-ComputerSecureChannel -Repair -Credential (Get-Credential)
4. Check DNS settings: Ensure the client uses a domain controller for DNS (not a public DNS server).
5. Verify AD replication on the domain controllers using repadmin /replsummary
