Modified on Wed, 25 Jun at 5:04 PM

1. Clean Out Dust:

  • Open your PC case.
  • Use compressed air to blow dust out of your graphics card fans, CPU fan, and case fans. Dust traps heat!

2. Check All Fans:

  • Turn on your PC.
  • Visually check if all fans inside (GPU, CPU, case) are spinning. Replace any that aren't.

3. Ensure Good Airflow:

  • Don't block vents – keep your PC away from walls or tight spaces. Place your PC on a solid surface, not carpet.
  • Update Graphics Card Software (Drivers):

4.Update Graphics Card Software (Drivers):

  • Go to NVIDIA.com/drivers or AMD.com/drivers. Download and install the latest software (drivers) for your specific graphics card. This can help it manage heat better.
