1) Check printer power and cables:
- Make sure the printer is turned on and plugged into both the wall and your computer (if wired) or connected to Wi-Fi.
2) Check paper and ink/toner:
- Ensure there's paper in the tray and that ink cartridges or toner are not empty.
3) Clear print queue:
- Windows: Search for "Printers & Scanners" in the Start Menu, click on your printer, then "Open queue."
- Right-click any documents stuck in the queue and select "Cancel."
4) Restart printer and computer:
- Turn off your printer, then turn off your computer.
- Turn the printer back on, then the computer.
