How to fix a printer that is not printing

Step 1 - Check Power and Cables:

Step 2 - Check for Paper Jams: Open all printer covers and look for any jammed paper this can cause many problems if there is any jammed paper remove it carefully.

Step 3 - Check Ink/Toner Levels:

Step 4 -Restart Printer and Computer: Turn off both the printer and your computer, then turn them back on

Step 5 -Check Print Queue:

Step 6- Update Printer Drivers: Ensure you have the latest drivers installed for your printer. You can usually find these on the manufacturer's website.
